1. Acceptance of Terms

By using T&T (TRAVEL AND TICKET PTE. LTD.)'s services, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Booking Policy

2.1 Flight Reservations

  • -All bookings are subject to airline availability
  • -Prices may change until full payment is received
  • -Name changes may require rebooking (airline fees apply)

2.2 Payment

  • Accepted methods: Credit/debit cards, bank transfers, e-wallets
  • Currency: SGD (foreign cards may incur bank charges)
  • Service fee: 2.5% for credit card payments

3. Cancellations & Changes

3.1 Refund Eligibility

  • -Subject to airline's cancellation policy
  • -Service fees are non-refundable
  • -Refunds processed within 14 business days

3.2 Flight Changes

  • -Must be requested at least 48 hours before departure
  • -Change fees vary by airline (typically $50-$200 SGD)

4. Travel Documents

  • Passport must be valid for 6+ months
  • Visa requirements are traveler's responsibility
  • COVID-19 restrictions may apply (check ICA updates)

5. Liability Limitations

Not liable for:

  • Airline schedule changes/cancellations
  • Acts of God (natural disasters, pandemics)
  • Travel document issues

Maximum liability: 300% of ticket value (under Montreal Convention)

6. Dispute Resolution

    Unresolved disputes may be submitted to:
    • -Singapore Tourism Board (STB)
    • -Small Claims Tribunal (for claims ≤$20,000 SGD)

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Singapore law under the:

  • Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) regulations
  • Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act
